8 Layers zirconia

Our zirconia discs feature a multi-layered design with a strength gradient from 1300MPa to 800MPa, making them easy for all technicians to fabricate crowns. Additionally, the crowns will have an excellent shade appearance after sintering.

Design it by EXO Cad

Step 1

Technicians must design full house bridge cases or crowns by 3Shape or Exocad Designer. After completing the design, technicians need to set up the case in dedicated CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software. Like HyperDent, WorkNC, or Millbox CAM Software.

Step 2

Technicians must place the designed case into the CAM machine for milling, which requires a 5-axis CAM machine to ensure the restoration is milled completely and accurately. You can either utilize our proprietary CAM (launching soon) or Arum cam machine.

stain the gum tissue for 10 mins at 120°C

Step 3

For full house cases, technicians must stain the gum tissue using our proprietary red stained liquid at 120°C in oven for 10 mins. Because, the gum tissue will not be easy to handle in subsequent procedural steps, potentially disrupting workflow efficiency and quality.

Step 4

Moderate sintering at a duration of 720 minutes is mandatory for full house case. Because the excessive number of pontics present in the case, which necessitates sufficient time to ensure optimal mechanical properties of the restoration.

Step 5

After the sintering process, the case must be contoured by highly skilled technicians.Ensure the occlusal contact is optimal and meets clinical standards. Conduct a thorough, second check to confirm that the tissue portion of the case is fully and properly finished.

Step 6

We typically use Noritake Internal Stain (Red) and Noritake Internal Stain (Fluoro) for gum tissue staining. The two stains must be mixed in 50% each. This specific mixture is applied to the gum tissue, which ensures the tissue is easy to handle in subsequent procedural steps.

Step 7

We use Noritake Tissue 7 zirconia porcelain for gum tissue, which makes it look like natural gum tissue for almost all people. It is a common tissue shade, and it delivers a perfect appearance after the glazed finish.

After the glazed finish, you will find perfect artistic works right in front of you. Cemented with metal abutments or a cemented bar, it will be a perfect restoration in the patient’s mouth.
